this is worrying because Hong Kong also topped the chart for the longest working hours in the world.
we all deserve to be happy, it is important to be reminded of the need to pursue happiness no matter how busy or difficult life may seem to be.

the World Health Organization (WHO) had predicted that over 450 million people worldwide are estimated to be suffering from some kind of mental disorder, including behavioral and substance abuse disorders, major depression, antisocial personality disorders and substance use, etc. Depression, currently ranked fourth among the 10 leading causes of the global burden of disease, is predicted to jump to second place by 2020.
